1.1 General description
A 300 W LDMOS RF power transistor for broadcast applications and industrial, scientific and medical applications in the HF to 500 MHz band.

6.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLC573 is capable of withstanding a load mismatch corresponding to VSWR = 13 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions: VDS = 50 V; IDq = 900 mA; PL = 300 W; f = 225 MHz.
